April Favourites

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
Today I'm doing my April favourites. April is my favourite month as, it's my birthday and my mums
birthday and I love Easter and it's when it starts to get warmer too! I got a few gifts which made it in to
my favourites this month, and also some things that are new thing I've tried!

I'm literally converted! I'm a contour junkie. I never thought much of it and wasn't fussed about it really. Then
I saw how it can really define your face and enhance some of your best features. I don't use it every single day
but I will put it on if I have time to do it.

This stuff is just incredible. It gets rid of under the skin spots (basically the ones you cant squeeze). I get a lot of
spots on my forehead usually. I just put this on my whole face so it covers even the normal spots/blemishes,
and it dramatically reduces the appearance and redness of them. I see results after one night. You do have to
use it consistently though to speed up the healing process. It is pricey but I don't think I could be without this
now after seeing the results it gives me.

I got this as a gift for my birthday from my beautiful best friend Emma. This perfume is literally the perfect
summer fragrance! She has good taste!

This has become my new favourite hairspray! (hence why it's in my faves..) It holds my hair in place without
making it sticky or knotty. The smell of it does remind me of iced gems but I don't mind that too much.

I'm currently building my first Mac palette so I've been researching shades that go well with green/blue eyes
which, is what colour I have. I want it to be a neutrals palette so, it's basically a good everyday palette. This
one compliments my eye colour so much and isn't too heavy, but you can easily make it more darker and smokey
if you want to.

This was also a gift from Emma. My first Mac lipstick and I love it. Suits my skin tone perfectly. It's like a nude
pink. I'm not great at describing colours but it's basically not too bright but has enough colour to give your
lips a nice pop.

Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam in Light/Medium
I've become a fake tan addict! I love it so much. It makes me feels so much better about my body. I do feel like
I'm able to wear more things when I have a nice tan. this one is idiot free because, if I can apply it evenly and
look like I've been on holiday for 2 weeks, then anyone can! It's quite a decent price too for how much you get.
It doesn't wash off easily and doesn't make you look orange at all. I'll be doing a tanning routine soon, so look
out for that!

A Little Beauty Bay Haul

Hello everyone! Hope everyone's having a great Easter so far!
Recently I bought a few goodies for myself from Beauty Bay. It was a bit pricey, but I got a few
discounts and it's my birthday present to myself, as I've wanted all these things for such a long time.

I wanted to start getting in to contouring, and I've heard a lot of good things about this palette. I think I'd suit
the lighter palette better but this was all that was available and I got a discount of about £8/9 so I just bought it
anyway. It actually suits me in colour. Just got to blend well! So far I love using this. I don't like to to a very
strong contour because it can look un-natural. I do still want to purchase the lighter palette though.

Another one I've been wanting to try for a long time. I've seen review after review, and people constantly saying
that this is their favourite mask to use. I have blemish prone skin, yet it can be dehydrated. I've never had a mask
that both hydrates and clears skin of blemishes all in one. I'm shocked at how it combats so many different things at
one. I've used it twice and I usually like to feel my face masks working. This mask doesn't do that but you can see
it works. It just calms the skin down so much and smells amazing. I really enjoy using it.

This I kinda just bought on a whim because I had discount on this brand, and saw it had great reviews and was
perfect for my skin type. I've quite it quite a few times. It does work and is great but the smell is so off-putting.. It
mask my skin feel great and reduces scars amazingly. I just wish it didn't smell so horrible.

You know this is my one and only! I needed a new one as I used my other one to death.

I bought this spot lotion as well as the drying one, as this one is more for under the skin blemishes (the ones that
are just lumps that hurt, and you cant squeeze). I've used it a few times and it reduces the spots quite dramatically
actually but the smell again isn't great. It does work though so I can get over a smell.

I got this as a sample with my order. I haven't used it yet but seeing as I've started to get into priming my
face more I'm quite excited to use it.

Products to buy in 2015

Hey everyone! Hope you're all well.
After just doing my last post about products I loved in 2014, I wanted to do a post on products I have either
been wanting to try or buy for a long time. I did a list of 10 products and I will be buying them within this year
(knowing me I'll buy it all as soon as I get paid!). Hopefully you'll be seeing these products in my monthly
favourites soon!

I've never owned a high end foundation before so I thought whilst I'm trying out new products this year, I will
add one in. I've had quite a few recommendations to try out this foundation. I wanted I try it for quite a while
now and it is pricey but I'm willing to invest in it if it's worth it!

I've tried every dupe of the beauty blender going but never the actual thing. I'm finally gonna give in and try
it. The dupes I've tried might be just as good and cheaper but I'll never know until I try myself!

As I'm getting older I'm starting to buy more anti-ageing products. I have no wrinkles now because I'm only
21 but I've alwasy been told to start early when it comes to it. I wanted to invest in a good thick eye cream and
I've heard quite a few bloggers/you tuber's say this is their favourite so I'm excited to try it!

I've never fake tanned before. Not fully anyway. I've always tried gradual lotions but never anything more
than that. I'd prefer a spray tan but I wanted to also try teaching myself to do it at home. St Tropez is quite a
well known brand and I've always heard good things from this brand.

This is the thing I'm most excited about trying. I wanted a new skincare product that was really good for my skin
and was also going to help with any acne. I saw a lot of really amazing reviews on this product and if it is as
amazing as people say it is then I'll be very happy!

I literally can't wait to try these. Most of my brushes are from real techniques and I really enjoy using them.
These are supposed to be the next step up from their original collection and I don't mind too much about
the price as long as they're worth it. They look so beautiful and and can't wait to have them all sitting on
my desk looking pretty!

I've wanted to try Zoeva brushes for sooo long now! I think I'm going to be asking for one of the kits for my
birthday in April as they're quite pricey!

I'm a bit of a lipstick hoarder and I don't think I actually own any high end lipsticks which I'm shocked to even
say. I do really want to get quite a few MAC lipsticks. I've got a few I would like but I just think these YSL
Lipsticks are so beautiful and would be a real treat. They are very pricey but I would only buy one even once
in a while when I feel I need to treat myself! The packaging is also incredible beautiful. I can't wait to have
have a collection of them sitting on my desk!

For a long time I've said I would build up a MAC eye shadow palette and I'm still yet to actually do it but this
year I'm going to be getting all my kit together to start being able to do free lance make-up on people. A
good eye shadow palette with a range of colours will be a great little thing to put in my kit! I also want one for
myself too of course!

I feel like my brow game is pretty strong at the moment. I feel like they are at their best at the moment. They
aren't perfect everyday, especially if I'm in a rush but I feel like I've been doing them for a while now and I
know what suits me. I currently use the Maybelline Brow Satin pencil which, I love. I wanted to try out
Anastasia products and they are the best for brows and I really like using a retractable pencil at the moment so
want to try out this to see if it's even better!

I do not own any of the images shown in this post.
