September Favourites

Hello everyone :)
It's time for another favourites today and I'm so excited that it's now Winter!
I can't wait to get out all my jumpers and coats!
I've actually already bought 2 coats already (whoops!)
One of them is actually one of my favourites this month!
Hope you Enjoy!

I really wanted to try out the Macadamia Oil brand as I've heard so many good things about them, but didn't
want to commit to the big bottles as they can be quite expensive. I thought getting this little travel kit
would be best to try out a bunch of their products. I've used up the shampoo and conditioner already
and am definitely buying the full size bottles! It leaves your hair feeling truly nourished and in great
condition My favourite is the hair oil. It smells incredible! It doesn't make it greasy at all and lasts ages.
My other favourite is the hair mask. It recommends you only use it once a week as it's quite intense.
They are very pricey but I found them on Amazon for much cheaper! So definitely have a look on there!

I love my Urban Decay Naked Palette's but if you are on a budget I definitely recommend the palette's from
Makeup Revolution. They range from about £4-£8 and the colours are amazing. There's so many different
palette's and colours to choose from as well. The pigmintation in these palette's are great. For £4, I honestly
didn't expect much from it. But was happily surprised to find out how good these palette's really are.

Seeing as my hair colour is now dark, I wanted to tint my eyebrows darker also. For the days I want to just not
wear make-up my eyebrows look a bit better when they are a darker. this kit is perfect for doing just that. I did
my research before hand and found that this was the best selling at home kit. It was around £7.50 and says
it lasts up to 6 weeks each time you do it and I still have loads of product left so definitely a great investment!
Really easy to do as well!

I really am loving this cleansing lotion. I usually put it on a cotton pad and swipe it all over my face just after
I've cleansed morning and night. I don;t have terrible acne but I do get spots and more so when I'm stressed.
I feel like this has helped calm my skin and stop so many spots popping up when I'm stressed.

I'm really impressed with this little make-up brush. Only £3 from Wilko! It's a great little brush to use for
smudging out my shadow. They have a whole range of brushed and after using this I definitely would like to
try out more from the range. If you can't afford MAC brushes then they have a great little collection of brushes
and you can't really go wrong with these sorts of prices!

I am sooo in love with my new jacket. I've wanted one of these styles of jackets for so long but could never
find one at an affordable price. This one I got from Missguided for £42ish. It's originally £50 but I got a 15%
discount. They always have discounts and promotions going on which is always really helpful! It's so cosy
and warm and goes with almost anything. The only annoying thing is that the fleece bit inside does leaves
lots of bits on anything you wear so I  try not to wear black underneath. It'll go after a few uses of wearing it though!

My Night Time Skincare Routine

Hey everyone!
So this is my current night time skincare routine. It is forever changing but most of these products I have
used for a long time and really do love. I don''t believe you should use too many products on your skin
because that's when it gets complicated. I prefer to have a nice simple skincare routine!

The first and most important thing in my skincare routine is my Clarisonic. Since getting it over a year ago I've
never looked back. It's an investment as it did cost me £99, but it's one of the best investments I've ever made.
It has really changed my skin for the better. My skin is still in no way perfect thanks for hormones and stress,
but this has made a massive difference in my skin. It gets a lot more dirt out of your skin then you usually
would by just regularly cleansing. It is definitely something I recommend you get if you take your skincare
seriously. By the way if you don't know what a Clarisonic is then where the hell have you been? - It's basically
a toothbrush for your face

This is the cleanser that I use with my Clarisonic. (I use it in the morning with a hot cloth as well - the way
it is recommended). It's a gentle cleanser that leaves my skin feeling smooth, moisturised and cleansed. It's for
all skin types as well, so anyone can use it which is great. I always get it when it's on offer or when I have a
voucher from Boots so makes it around £5 instead of £9.95

These are definitely my holy grail face wipes. I've been using them for years. I always have a back up spare in
my drawer in case I ever run out. They're so gentle on my skin and always get all of my eye make-up off. I usually
take the majority of my make-up off with one of these, then go in with my No7 cleanser and clarisonic as I never
rely on just a face wipe alone to take off all my make-up,

I've only recently added this product into my skincare routine. So far, I really love it. I will usually put some
of this on a cotton pad and wipe it all over the face after cleansing my skin. It's not made any massive differences
in my skin as of yet but I can see a little bit of improvement. I've just replaced my usual toner with this now to see
if it's any better.

After the Neutrogena cleansing lotion has dried, I will then use this amazing rosehip oil on my skin as
night time moisturiser. It's not greasy in the slightest, although you'd think and oil would be. It sinks into the
skin so nicely and leaves it feel so hydrated and smooth. I also love the fact it's organic and I can now get
it in my local Boots!

If I have any breakouts going on then I will just dab some of this in the problem area and by morning it will have
gone down quite a bit and isn't as visible. It doesn't get rid of the spot completely over night, but it does reduce
redness and size quite a bit. I'm forever trying out different spot treatments though!

I don't always use an eye cream at night but when I do, I use this Benefit one. It's helps brighten the under
eye area and works nicely. I am in search for an anti-ageing under eye night cream but in the mean time, this
does the job fine!

Seeing as we're on the subject of skincare, I just thought I'd quickly share 5 of my favourite face masks with you!

Review: Makeup Revolution Amazing Lipsticks

Hey everyone!
Today I'm going to be doing a review on Makeup Revolution's Amazing lipstick range.
My local Superdrug has recently started stocking this brand, which, has made very happy!
Whilst having a search at what they did, I saw these lipsticks for only £1 and thought I'll give some
a go and if I don't like them then it's okay as they were only £1 each! I picked up the colour 'Divine'
(pictured far left) a few weeks back and because I liked it so much, I went back a few days later
and they were practically sold out! The other 3 I bought were pretty much the only
colours left.

(L-R Divine, Luscious, Beloved & Lady)

When I first saw these lipsticks I was so in love, the colours are absolutely beautiful and they have such a
great range of shades to choose from. I did assume that because they were £1, they were probably going to
be a bit crap. Man, was I wrong! When I first tried Divine, I found that not only does it stay for quite a
while but it didn't transfer when kissing. I think that's pretty damn good considering I didn't even have to use
my lipcote!

The price to me is absolutely amazing. You can't go wrong with a lipstick for £1! From What I can see, there
are about 22 different colours in this range, so if you want to collect the whole range then it's only going to cost
you £22, which I think is amazing.

The other thing I'm pretty impressed with is the fact that they are so creamy, event the matte shades! I find that some
matte lipsticks can be quite dry and not go on very smoothly. They are also much more pigmented that I thought
you would be. I'm so impressed.

Overall I really like these lipsticks and will definitely be purchasing more of them. Its unfortunate that they
always seem to sell out so fast in my local Superdrug and although you can buy it online, I like to have a look
at the products in person and swatch everything. With them only be £1, you can't go wrong at all. I definitely
suggest trying them out if you like to experiment with you lip colour or your just a lip product addict!

Back To School Make-up Essentials

Hey everyone!
Everyone goes back to school this week where I am so, I thought I would do a quick little
post of my favourite inexpensive make-up and a few skincare essentials which, can al be
purchased from most drug stores/pharmacy's.

Neutrogena Spot Stress Control 3 in 1 Daily Cleansing Lotion
I bought this recently and I'm really loving it. It says it's a cleanser but I basically use it as a toner. I use it after
cleansing my face in the morning and before moisturising then, I use it in the evening after cleansing and
before putting on my facial Rose hip oil. I'm prone to spots and get stressed often so this calms my skin down
so much. It's a great product for back to school as it can be quite stressful and who wants spots making it worse.

Cetaphil Moisturising-Lotion
I really love this moisturiser and would definitely recommend it to anyone! My one is for dry/sensitive skin but
I'm pretty sure they also do one for oily skin as well. It's about £7/£8 and mine has lasted me months and months
and I use it everyday and leaves me skin so moisturised and isn't greasy or oily in the slightest which I love!

Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Lightweight Primer
I don't usually use primer as I don't really need it as my skin is quite dry but if I do need to use a primer,
this is the one I go for. It's very inexpensive and does the job perfectly.

Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation in Ivory
This foundation is definitely one of my favourites. It gives such a great finish and is very easy to blend. (I use it
with a damp Real Techniques sponge) Plus the best thing is that it's only  £8.99!

Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer in Light
This is a great under eye concealer if you've had a late night. I like to use this with a damp Real Techniques
sponge and it goes on perfectly!

Rimmel Clear Complexion Transparent Powder
I use powder to set my concealer sometimes and I've always loved this one. It doesn't change the colour
of your concealer or foundation and I like the fact it controls oil and mattifies your skin as I can get a bit
of an oily t-zone throughout the day.

Maybelline Eye Studio Master Shape Brow in Soft Brown
When you're in school I don't recommend going all out on doing your brows. I never use to. It's best to keep it
as simple as possible. If you do like to fill in your brows a bit then I recommend this brow pencil from
Maybelline. It's only £2.99 which is amazing and it also has a spoolie on the end to brush out any harsh lines.

Maybelline Brow Drama Sculpting Mascara in Medium Brown
To set my brows I like to use this brow mascara from Maybelline also. It's tinted so gives a bit of colour. You
could use this alone to tame your brows if you don't like to fill them in. I like that it sets them in place without
leaving them feeling too rock hard.

LOreal Volume Million Lashes Excess Mascara
I'm not overly fussed about having massive lashes as I prefer to look more natural which is why I love this mascara.
It's give length and volume but doesn't leave them looking like spider lashes!

Makeup Revolution happylips in Love Nude
I never wore any lipstick in school, but if you want to add a bit of colour to your lips then I recommend Makeup
Revolutions new happy lips collection. They have the lipstick colour in the middle with argan oil surrounding
it, so conditions your lips as well as gives them a bit of colour. They're also only £3 which I think is amazing.
