What I Got For My Birthday

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
On Friday 17th it was my 22nd birthday! I had such a lovely weekend celebrating.
On the Friday I went to London with my mum and got a few things with my birthday money.
I got gifts from my family and friends also I wanted to show you. (Also, just to say I appreciate
everything I got from everyone for my birthday and thank you all!)
Hope you enjoy!

My mum got me this as my big gift as, I've had a 15 inch or something silly in my room for the past 4/5
years so, I was definitely in need of an upgrade!

I got this lipstick from my best friend Emma. This is actually my first Mac lipstick too.
t's a beautiful colour and I'm actually obsessed with it! Thank you Em!

Zara White Perfume
I also got this from Emma! It's such a refreshing scent and is perfume for summer.

Mac Gift Card
I got this gift card from my older sister as she knows I love Mac! Thank you Amy.

I'm getting summer ready so wanted to add a pretty pair of sunglasses to my collection. These look so
much more expensive than they really are.

I'm a little bit obsessed with v-necks. I got one from forever 21 a while ago and it's such great quality so, I
had to stock up on some of my favourite colours. I actually got 2 white and 2 grey ones as they are only £3 each!
I kind of wish I got even more now too for that price.

Forever 21 Khaki Shorts
These shorts are perfect for summer as they are lightweight, and I love this colour against a nice tan!

Forever 21 Hat
I'm starting to change how I dress as I get older. I've always loved hats like this and they do actually suit me. I
just needed the courage to wear them. I just picked it up and though 'What the hell'. If I don't do it now I never
will. I'm really glad I bought it as I really love it!

I went in Victoria's Secret and pretty much wanted the whole store. I did resist and just look at the Pink range. I
loved it all so much but, I think if I get any more lounge or gym wear I could open up shop! I just got some cute
flip flops that are a very pretty summery colour!

Bershka White Jeans (Not pictured)
I wanted white jeans for ages! I wasnt sure if I wanted ripped ones though. I saw these in Bershka which, have
one little rip in one of the knees and though it was the perfect amount. They're such a great summer staple. I am
worried or getting them dirty though as I'm THE clumsiest person.

Bershka White Ripped Shorts
I also wanted a white pair of denim shorts. I think they would be perfect over a bikini with a tank top. Perfect
cute summer outfit!

What's In My Bag?

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
Today I wanted to do an updated 'what's in my bag' as, the last one I did was quite a while ago now.
Also, I got a new bag recently and got a great deal on it so wanted to share it with you as it's so pretty!
Enjoy.

Carvela Edee Double Handle Plate Shoulder Bag (Tk Maxx/Very)
I got this bag recently as a little birthday present to myself. I saw it in TK Maxx. In store it said £29.99 on
the price tag but on to website it comes up as 39.99 so I'm not sure why but, either way it's a lot cheaper then
it is originally. I was eyeing it up on the Very website but when I saw it in TK Maxx for this price I just grabbed
it! It's so spacious and pretty and I love the fact it has a longer strap too so you can carry it on your shoulder
instead. I love the colour and the gold accents on it too. If you see it I say get it for this price!

New Design Purse
I got this purse a while ago in TK Maxx also but can't find a link unfortunately. It's just a nude colour and is
has lots of card room which, is perfect! I do need a new purse though as it is getting a bit tatty.

H&M Butterly Coin Purse
I carry change all the time for parking so I prefer to carry it seperately so my purse isn't too heavy. It's just a
cute coin purse and carries a lot.

Keys
Just my keys with my house and car keys on it! Pretty Essential.

I don't really need to use hand cream as my hands are soft anyway. I just like to keep it handy in case I do
get dry hands.

My signature perfume. I like to keep it in my bag with me just to top up through out the day.
I do have a travel one I prefer to take around with me but I've ran out.

Tesco Pro Formula Hand Wipes & Hand Sanitiser
I like to keep these things with me as I'm fussy about things I touch in public. It's good to clean your
steering wheel and phone with the wipes also as a lot of bacteria builds up there.

I get really dry lips so I carry this around with me all day. I'm constantly using it and it's
the best lip balm I've used.

Interior Inspiration

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
Today I wanted to do a different kind of post. I love interior design and love decorating
so, I wanted to help give a little inspiration for anyone else who needs it.
Hope you enjoy!

Notepads - TK Maxx
I collect notebooks, especially white and hold ones. I love
the simplicity of them and the quotes on them are so inspiring.

Bon Bon Jar - TK Maxx
Vase with Gold Rim - Wilkinsons
I love storing my make-up brushes and sponges in jars and vases.
You can see them better and also look so pretty sat on your desk.

Drawers - Muji
Candle - Sainsburys
I store the majority of my make-up in these Muji drawers as I like seeing my make-up on display.
I also love having inspirational books sat on my desk so it reminds me to work out more and eat better.

Initial S Glass - Matalan
I found this really lovely glass in Matalan with my initial.I thought it
would be pretty to store a few of my nicer make-up brushes in there.

Initial S Pillows - Matalan
Chevron Pillows - Primark
I always wanted pillows with my initial on them. I think it looks so simple
yet so pretty. I love having white bedding with just a little bit of colour.

Top 5 Spring/Summer Make-up Picks

Hello everyone! Hope you're well.
Today I'm showing you my top 5 spring/summer make up products.
With it getting hotter I tend to wear less make-up, but I like to wear a few
products so I still look like me!

This gives a perfect hint of matte bronzer over the skin for a little colour to the face
with out being too over powering.

I use this mascara everyday anyway, but for a simple pick up I just swipe this over my brows to keep
them in place and add a bit of colour for definition.

I don't like to always wear a bold lip when it's hot. If I just want a little colour, this is my perfect go
to nude gloss!

I love adding a bit of blush in the hotter weather for a pretty colour on the cheeks. With this palette you
can choose for a beautiful range of shades.

This is a great light coverage foundation for when I want to have more natural look.

A Little Beauty Bay Haul

Hello everyone! Hope everyone's having a great Easter so far!
Recently I bought a few goodies for myself from Beauty Bay. It was a bit pricey, but I got a few
discounts and it's my birthday present to myself, as I've wanted all these things for such a long time.

I wanted to start getting in to contouring, and I've heard a lot of good things about this palette. I think I'd suit
the lighter palette better but this was all that was available and I got a discount of about £8/9 so I just bought it
anyway. It actually suits me in colour. Just got to blend well! So far I love using this. I don't like to to a very
strong contour because it can look un-natural. I do still want to purchase the lighter palette though.

Another one I've been wanting to try for a long time. I've seen review after review, and people constantly saying
that this is their favourite mask to use. I have blemish prone skin, yet it can be dehydrated. I've never had a mask
that both hydrates and clears skin of blemishes all in one. I'm shocked at how it combats so many different things at
one. I've used it twice and I usually like to feel my face masks working. This mask doesn't do that but you can see
it works. It just calms the skin down so much and smells amazing. I really enjoy using it.

This I kinda just bought on a whim because I had discount on this brand, and saw it had great reviews and was
perfect for my skin type. I've quite it quite a few times. It does work and is great but the smell is so off-putting.. It
mask my skin feel great and reduces scars amazingly. I just wish it didn't smell so horrible.

You know this is my one and only! I needed a new one as I used my other one to death.

I bought this spot lotion as well as the drying one, as this one is more for under the skin blemishes (the ones that
are just lumps that hurt, and you cant squeeze). I've used it a few times and it reduces the spots quite dramatically
actually but the smell again isn't great. It does work though so I can get over a smell.

I got this as a sample with my order. I haven't used it yet but seeing as I've started to get into priming my
face more I'm quite excited to use it.

March Favourites

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
Today I'm doing my March favourites. I feel a bit behind as I way too busy to do a post on Sunday. I will
be doing an extra post this week to make up for it though! I tried out so many new things recently and still
have so much more I want to share with you but I wanted to keep it simple this month, otherwise it might
be a bit overwhelming with all the products I love!
Enjoy!

I picked this up on a whim as it was 1/3 off. I hadn't heard much about it but I always wanted to try it,
especially because it said 'raspberry vanilla'! I really enjoy using it. My old one was very strong hold but made
my hair a bit sticky and knotted easily. This one holds my hair for quite a while but doesn't make my hair sticky
and is easily brushes out. It smells like iced gems to me personally. I'm not sure what everyone else thinks, but I
love that it smells like that. I

If you read my blog, you know this is my all time favourite concealer. I stopped using it because I ran out than
couldn't find it in stock for so long. When I finally got my hands on it I picked up 2 because I can never find
them!

I was going through my drawers and chucking out old make-up and came across this primer. I bought it ages
ago to review then never really used it much. I didn't think I needed a primer but turns out I do! It keeps my
make-up in place all day long and gives me a more flawless coverage! I got compliments that my skin looks
better after using this under my foundation.

I wanted to try out a night treatment for my lashes and eyebrows. This one says it's for your lashes, but it does
say you can use it for both. Funny thing is it only has made a difference to my eyebrows. I don't mind too much
as my brows don't look so sparse now, so I'm very happy about that! I put it on every night. I've been using it
about 2/3 weeks now and have definitely seen a difference in my eyebrows. I feel much more confident with
them now.

If you are a regular reader then you also know this is my favourite spot treatment. It's the best one I've every
used. I actually just repurchased another one because I'm so obsessed with it!

I'm trying to make myself more educated about my body, and what food I'm putting into my body and how to take
care of myself better. I really enjoy reading books like this, especially as I love Cameron Diaz. I just feel like I'm
learning new things everyday about how to better healthier and happier with my body and it's a great feeling. If
you want to lose weight or just becoming healthier in general then, this book is really insightful and a great read!
