Home & Beauty Haul

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
I've got a small haul for you of stuff I've recently purchased. Mostly beauty buys,
but a few home buys too. I do feel like I've bought way more than this in the past
few weeks but I just cant seem to remember what and where those things are!
Hope you enjoy!

I got this as I wanted to get back into better eating habits, and I saw so many great reviews on this book so,
I just thought I'd give it a go. I haven't cooked anything from this book yet but, I am really excited to! I
have also seen a few more healthy eating cook books, and now I'm becoming a bit excited about them!

I know this is a bit of a random one but, I'm someone who likes a decent deodorant. I use to sweat quite a lot,
it's not so bad these days but I became very picky with my deodorant. I used Mitchum for years and ended
up using the stick version of it as my sister recommended it to me. I do like it but felt it wasn't good enough.
I always wanted to try this one from Dove as I heard a few good reviews but, it's a bit pricey so was very hesitant.
I got it whilst it was on offer and I've stated using it, and love it so much that I went out and bought back ups!

I needed a new Perversion mascara as I was running out of my last one and had resorted to using a sample
one I got from MAC! I forgot how much I really loved it and especially with the primer underneath!

I don't wear eye shadow too much but, when I do I feel like I need a primer. Usually I'll just use concealer, but
after using samples of the urban decay primer I knew I wanted to purchase it. I did only get a travel size as, I
didn't think there was much point getting a full size if I don't use it that often. I haven't opened it yet but I've
used it before so I know how good it is!

I really badly wanted to try make up setting sprays! I got the travel size of the 'All Nighter' spray from Urban
Decay as, I wanted to try it but didn't want to commit to the full size. I've used it every day since getting it and
I'm so in love! I may have to commit to the full size soon.

If you read my blog, you know I love this stuff! I just had to get another one whilst it was on offer as, I was
running low!

I love flowers but unfortunately, I'm known to kill them pretty easily. I wanted some on my desk to look pretty
and also be a background for my blog pictures. I use the candle holder as a vase as it's the perfect size and, I got
3 lots of the bunches of flowers to make it look full and pretty. It looks so pretty on my desk and I love it so
much. I especially love the fact I know I won't kill them.

My Tanning Routine & Mini Review

Hello everyone!
Hope you're all well.
I really wanted to do a post on my fake tanning routine and I also wanted to do a mini review
on what I use. It's a new brand to Superdrug. I picked it up on a whim one day and I haven't looked
back since. I'm absolutely in love with it. Hope this helps you if you've been eyeing it up!

I usually start off by showering where I exfoliate (Palmers Cocoa Body Scrub) and shave, so I'm all smooth
and hair free! Then once I'm dry I wont put on any moisturiser, I will usually just put a very small amount of
my favourite moisturiser (Aveeno Skin Relief Body Lotion) on my ankles, feet, hands, knees and elbows
(everywhere fake tan builds up and gets patchy). Then I will use just a regular tanning mitt (Solait Self Tan Mitt)
to apply my fake tan (Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam in Light/Medium). Depending on how deep I'd like my
tan, I'll either leave it for an hour then shower so I've just got a glow or I'll leave it overnight for a deeper tan.

Before using any fake tan                                             2 hours after using Bondi Sands

This was my third or fourth time using this product and I've loved it every time I've used it. As long as you
prepare you skin properly then you're skin will look amazing. The thing I really love about this product is that
it doesn't look orange in the slightest. It's more of an olive colour which, is so much more natural and realistic.
It does transfer onto things so I advise you wear dark clothing after applying it. Once you shower it wont transfer.
Thankfully it does wash out of everything I've got it on though - even my white bed sheets!

Before using this I've only ever used gradual tan and I'm already a very loyal fan. I'm converted and just a bit
obsessed with fake tanning now. They have so many more products to offer in their range too. I'm very excited to
try the rest out.

April Favourites

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.
Today I'm doing my April favourites. April is my favourite month as, it's my birthday and my mums
birthday and I love Easter and it's when it starts to get warmer too! I got a few gifts which made it in to
my favourites this month, and also some things that are new thing I've tried!

I'm literally converted! I'm a contour junkie. I never thought much of it and wasn't fussed about it really. Then
I saw how it can really define your face and enhance some of your best features. I don't use it every single day
but I will put it on if I have time to do it.

This stuff is just incredible. It gets rid of under the skin spots (basically the ones you cant squeeze). I get a lot of
spots on my forehead usually. I just put this on my whole face so it covers even the normal spots/blemishes,
and it dramatically reduces the appearance and redness of them. I see results after one night. You do have to
use it consistently though to speed up the healing process. It is pricey but I don't think I could be without this
now after seeing the results it gives me.

I got this as a gift for my birthday from my beautiful best friend Emma. This perfume is literally the perfect
summer fragrance! She has good taste!

This has become my new favourite hairspray! (hence why it's in my faves..) It holds my hair in place without
making it sticky or knotty. The smell of it does remind me of iced gems but I don't mind that too much.

I'm currently building my first Mac palette so I've been researching shades that go well with green/blue eyes
which, is what colour I have. I want it to be a neutrals palette so, it's basically a good everyday palette. This
one compliments my eye colour so much and isn't too heavy, but you can easily make it more darker and smokey
if you want to.

This was also a gift from Emma. My first Mac lipstick and I love it. Suits my skin tone perfectly. It's like a nude
pink. I'm not great at describing colours but it's basically not too bright but has enough colour to give your
lips a nice pop.

Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam in Light/Medium
I've become a fake tan addict! I love it so much. It makes me feels so much better about my body. I do feel like
I'm able to wear more things when I have a nice tan. this one is idiot free because, if I can apply it evenly and
look like I've been on holiday for 2 weeks, then anyone can! It's quite a decent price too for how much you get.
It doesn't wash off easily and doesn't make you look orange at all. I'll be doing a tanning routine soon, so look
out for that!

Forever 21 and only cost just £3. Its a great staple piece to have, especially at that price. I picked up quite a few of
